To make sure that our customer is satisfied, there are two payment methods
1 -The first option: you can pay the full amount.

2 -The second option: the amount can be divided into two parts, the first part when ordering the product. The second part is paid when you receive the product
Return & Exchange Policy
. There is no return or exchange for the product, so we hope you read the information under the product and make sure of the measurements :)
. please read the description and check all the pictures, All specifications and accessories coming with the product will be written in the description. If this is not mentioned, this means that the product is without any accessories or attachments.
The amount cannot be returned if the delay was due to shipping companies or country customs. But we do our best to deliver the order on time or sooner
. If the return of the product is approved by our team.
1- If it is approved to return the amount by our team or part of the amount to the customer. The customer has three days to respond to us or choose the decision, otherwise the report will be closed and we have no ability to return any money or solve the problem.
2- if our team accept to cancel a customer order after the customer conformed it , A sum of money will be deducted from the buyer due to canceling the order.
3- if the customer want to resell his order we can post it again in our website and when the order sold our team will give the customer his money back , but we took % which is 150 Qr .
Shipping Policy
All products comes from our team Europe or America and many countries. First, the product goes to France to be checked and ensure all specifications written under any product, and then the product is accepted and sent to Qatar. Therefore, the shipping time is from 10-25 days and max 29 d and sometimes it is a week. Finally, the product is sent to the buyer
